Hilltop Christian Fellowship held it's First Annual Mother- Daughter Tea on Monday, May 10 _ 6:30 pm. There were about 50 attendees who showed up with as many as four generations of women. We started the night out with a poem and a prayer, thanking God for the mother's that He so graciously lended to us here on Earth. We then, as we always do at Hilltop, ate and ate and then had a few chocolate covered strawberries to top off the meal. The food was wonderfully prepared by Susan Miller and Betty Ann Kriner and consisted of meatballs, salads, turkey pinwheels, olives, cheeses and of cousre, dessert. We then gave away some door prizes and watched Anita Renfroe together. She is a Christian comedian who, amongst lots of humor, gives a wonderful message of love, womanhood and God's ever present role in each of our lives. We are so blessed to have been able to share this night with our friends and family. Thank you to all who had a part in putting this event together.
